By allowing gated communities we give more assistance for the police to concentrate on other areas. But here we are experiencing rather a denial to the wealthy to protect and close their communities and an encouragement to bring a greater social densification thus moving towards the complete transformation of our society. According to my calculations the salaries are 28.13% of the budget. But if one adds the expenditure for outsourced employees, which is not mentioned as it is hidden salary expenditure, then one wonders how we can justify some of the high salaries that are going to certain people in Tshwane Metro. With the Mayor turning to the Word of God for inspiration, the CDP would suggest that she also honours the God of the Word by opening Council Meetings in prayer to the Creator God in the Name of His Son Jesus Christ, instead of the meaningless moment of silence that is being forced upon us. On the other hand, ... Read more ...

Questions to the Tshwane Metropolitan Council
It has been noted that a number of Section 57 employees (Contract) have left the employ of the Tshwane Metro due to being offered new, but unreasonable and therefore unacceptable, contracts. Who drew up these contracts? Read more ...

The disorder has been diagnosed as repeated doses of reorganization with symptoms of obsessive and repetitive rearranging. It is happening everywhere and it is causing serious repercussions. When I look at what has been happening here in Tshwane I realized that we have also contracted this same addiction. We have been under attack by a virulent negative force, which is destroying our organization slowly but surely. Read more ...

The CDP feel that the most workable solution is not to just attempt to bring all of the people to the work, but rather to take the work to the people. In other words, companies should be encouraged to develop factories and economic hubs in the areas close to where the people live at present. Incentives should be offered to these companies to entice them to do so.Read more ...
